Thing 1: Getting Started

My name is Kristin Dixon and I currently teach in the Baldwinsville School District. When I came across this course I was immediately curious...what are these “cool tools” I might not yet know about? I am looking forward to exploring some new resources and seeing how I can use them to support my current instruction and perhaps how they might transform my current teaching practice. I also love to see what other educators are doing in their classrooms, so having the opportunity to read the blogs of the other participants is something I am excited about as well.
